The hard work that our manager on site, Basile, keeps us updated on weekly is starting to bear fruit: 

The first ginger harvest has been processed and is now ready for sale!

A total of 82kg of fresh organic ginger was processed into 27kg of ginger powder. First, the ginger was dried and then ground into a fine powder. This is now longer durable and can be sold well on the market. We are also already working on marketing! 

A great success for the whole team and the first step towards self-sustainable organic agriculture in the City of Ubuntu!
