In 2022 we built the first community hut in the City of Ubuntu. On the other hand, the hut will be used for processing agricultural products as well as for the offices of the City of Ubuntu. This construction project is the first step in a series of buildings that will form the City of Ubuntu.

Land acquisition
The chief (mayor) of the small village of Sanki, which is adjacent to the City of Ubuntu site, is convinced by our project: we recently managed to obtain missing birth certificates for around 200 children from the village, enabling them to attend school regularly. He therefore made us an offer to purchase the adjacent land at a good price in order to further support our activities. This enabled us to expand the area to 27 hectares.
